A reservation token for the listed property can be purchased via OpenSea; however, the reservation token does not transfer any property rights when purchased; it simply prevents the property from being sold until the property transaction is completed.

Once you have purchased your reservation token, you need to return to the TokenHouse website www.tokenhouse.com/claim_nft/ and connect the digital wallet containing the reservation token to verify ownership.

Once you have connected your wallet and verified your ownership of the reservation token, you will need to complete a basic KYC process to verify your identity before the property transaction can be completed.

Once purchased, the reservation token will need to be claimed within 14 days, or it will expire, and you will need to request a refund.
